This page explains what we collect when you use the assessment on this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Your assessment answers. Each answer you give is stored against a random session identifier so we can calculate your score and show your results.

Your email address, when you enter it to open your results.

Your name or phone number, only if an optional follow-up form asks for it and you choose to provide it. Neither is required to see a result or buy. We send text messages only after explicit SMS consent.

Basic technical information — the page that referred you, your browser user agent, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

How we use it

To produce and reopen your private result or plan, operate the membership, improve the assessment, and send transactional access, reminder, and billing messages you request.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your assessment answers with advertisers.

Campaign providers may receive pseudonymous click identifiers and standard events such as a checkout start so we can measure advertising. They do not receive quiz answers, scores, pattern names, or result-page URLs. For the Lung and Men’s Performance funnels, we do not use the email entered at the result gate for advertising-platform matching.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do it.
