- Your starting pattern: A transparent route through composure, body awareness, recovery, or practice consistency — never a diagnosis or severity score.
- A seven-day schedule: See the first cue, preferred practice window, and what comes after the starting session.
- A full version and a fallback: Start with 90 seconds of supported settling, three minutes of external awareness and a 30-second reflection, or use the written 30-second fallback.

Why this plan starts differently
The free assessment reflects the answers you gave, shows which practice foundation has the most room, and makes the first session concrete before any membership decision.
A demanding moment can arrive faster than a useful cue. Steady Practice turns four ordinary inputs — composure under pressure, external body awareness, recovery capacity and practice consistency — into one short sequence with a beginning, middle and close. The record compares only your own days. It does not infer anatomy, hormones, a diagnosis or a physical outcome.
You get a five-minute starting practice, the 30-second fallback, and a first cue you can place in a real day.
Why a five-minute practice is different from another promise
The useful unit here is not motivation and it is not a claim about the body. It is a repeatable sequence: a supported position with ordinary breathing, a few minutes of attention on external contact points and ordinary bracing, then one factual reflection. A defined sequence is easier to start than a vague instruction to relax, and the close makes it possible to record what version actually fit the day.
Hard days need an authored version too. The lighter fallback is thirty seconds: feel both feet, release the hands, name the next useful action, then stop. It counts as the planned version rather than a failed session. Nothing is owed after a miss, and there is no catch-up practice. That keeps the product about practice consistency rather than willpower or an assured result.
Some concerns should never be routed into a commercial path. The assessment asks about warning signs before scored questions, email capture or an offer. If one is selected, the funnel leads with clinician guidance and suppresses the membership offer. For everyone else, the record stays associative: it may show what travelled together across your own days, but it cannot explain a physical change or establish cause.

This may fit if
You notice bracing in your jaw, shoulders or hands only after the moment has passed.
A poor night turns a useful routine into an all-or-nothing decision.
You want a private practice and record without asking a partner to grade how you are doing.
This is for adults 18+ only. A sudden or rapidly changing physical concern, pain or recent injury, unexpected bleeding, a new urinary concern, or a concern linked to medicine or an existing health condition belongs with an appropriate doctor or qualified clinician before a general wellness programme.
What this is not
- This does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
- It is not a test of erectile function, hormones, fertility, anatomy or sexual performance.
- It does not recommend medicine, supplements, devices or treatment.
- It uses external body-awareness cues only; it is not pelvic-floor training or an internal exercise programme.
- No session promises a physical, anatomical, relationship or sexual outcome.
- New, painful, worrying or rapidly changing physical concerns belong with a qualified clinician.
Questions
Is this a sexual-health test?
No. It does not assess erectile function, hormones, fertility, anatomy or a diagnosis. It is an adult educational-wellness assessment about composure, external body awareness, recovery and keeping a short practice.
What is the five-minute practice?
Ninety seconds in a supported position with ordinary breathing, three minutes noticing external contact points and ordinary bracing without forcing change, then a 30-second factual reflection.
What if five minutes does not fit?
Use the planned 30-second fallback: feel both feet, release the hands, name the next useful action and stop. The lighter version counts.
Does a partner need to participate?
No. The practice and record can remain fully private. One neutral support prompt is optional later in the programme.
What if I select a warning sign?
The assessment stops the commercial path, leads with appropriate clinician guidance and does not show the membership offer.
Will this change a physical outcome?
No physical or sexual outcome is promised. The product helps you keep and read a private lifestyle-practice record.
